AN ACT CONCERNING A REALLOCATION OF FUNDS WITHIN THE CSUS 2020 INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR RENOVATION OF BULEY LIBRARY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Subsection (a) of section 10a-91d of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage):
(a) It is hereby determined and found to be in the best interest of this state and the system to establish CSUS 2020 as the efficient and cost-effective course to achieve the objective of renewing, modernizing, enhancing, expanding, acquiring and maintaining the infrastructure of the system, the particular project or projects, each being hereby approved as a project of CSUS 2020, and the presently estimated cost thereof being as follows:

Statement of Purpose:
To reallocate funds within the CSUS infrastructure improvement program to fund a new project, Buley Library Renovation at Southern Connecticut State University.
