AN ACT CONCERNING A SWOT ANALYSIS OF THE STATE'S INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES CLUSTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Economic and Community Development shall conduct a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis of the state's insurance and financial services clusters and report the results of such analysis to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to commerce on or before February 1, 2012.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Economic and Community Development to analyze the state's insurance and financial services clusters.
