Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (Effective from passage) Sections 82 to 89, inclusive, of public act 09-7 of the September special session, section 91 of public act 09-7 of the September special session, and section 123 of public act 07-4 of the June special session, as amended by section 81 of public act 09-7 of the September special session, shall take effect July 1, 2014.
