AN ACT CONCERNING THE GOVERNOR'S PREVENTION BUDGET.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 4-67v of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective July 1, 2011)
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To repeal provisions requiring the Governor to prepare a prevention budget.
