AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR THE UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK PETROLEUM CLEAN-UP PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, to fund the Underground Storage Tank Petroleum Clean-up program.
Statement of Purpose:
To appropriate funds to the Underground Storage Tank Petroleum Clean-up program to allow the state to meet its fiduciary responsibilities and to have the program continue to be certified by the federal government.
