AN ACT PROVIDING FUNDING TO THE OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL TO INVESTIGATE GASOLINE PRICING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars is appropriated to the office of the Attorney General, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, to provide funding to said office to investigate gasoline pricing in Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to the office of Attorney General to investigate gasoline pricing in Connecticut.
