AN ACT ELIMINATING THE CORPORATION BUSINESS TAX SURCHARGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the ten per cent corporate surcharge on certain C corporations.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate an impediment to job creation in the state of Connecticut.
