AN ACT CONCERNING ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNER EDUCATOR PROGRAMS IN HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Board of Regents for Higher Education and the Office of Financial and Academic Affairs for Higher Education shall adopt the recommendations of the legislative English Language Learners Task Force.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
