AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXEMPTION FROM INCOME TAX FOR ALL SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to exempt from the personal income tax all Social Security payments.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt Social Security income from state income tax.
