AN ACT FREEZING STATE SPENDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to maintain state appropriations for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2013, and June 30, 2014, at the same level as for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
Statement of Purpose:
To maintain state appropriations for the next two fiscal years at the 2010 level.
