AN ACT CONCERNING THE BUSINESS ENTITY TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 213a of the general statutes be amended to exempt from the business entity tax any business entity earning less than ten thousand dollars in annual profits.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt certain small businesses from the business entity tax.
