AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES THAT CREATE NEW JOBS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide a tax credit to the first fifty businesses with fewer than fifty employees that agree to create ten or more new full-time jobs by June 30, 2014.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase employment opportunities for small businesses.
