AN ACT CONCERNING CASH DISCOUNTS FOR GASOLINE AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 42-133ff of the general statutes be amended to clarify that a cash discount for gasoline also applies to payment for such gasoline by debit card.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow consumers to receive the cash discount price for gasoline if they pay by debit card.
