AN ACT CONCERNING MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that a signature be provided by a magazine subscriber in order for a magazine subscription to automatically renew upon expiration of the initial subscription.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect consumers by requiring that a magazine subscriber provide a signature in order for a magazine subscription to automatically renew.
