AN ACT REQUIRING A PLAN TO ESTABLISH A HIGHER EDUCATION INTERNSHIP REGULATORY BOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require the president of the Board of Regents for Higher Education and the Labor Commissioner to develop a plan to create and implement an internship regulatory board to regulate higher education student internship programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To develop a plan to establish a higher education internship regulatory board.
