AN ACT PROHIBITING UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANT ALIENS FROM QUALIFYING FOR IN-STATE TUITION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10a-29 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit undocumented immigrant aliens from qualifying for in-state tuition.
Statement of Purpose:
To require undocumented immigrant aliens to pay the full price of tuition at public institutions of higher education.
