AN ACT CONCERNING MOTOR VEHICLE GLASS REPAIR SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require insurance companies or third-party claims administrators for such companies to provide certain disclosures and information to insureds for claims regarding motor vehicle glass repair service or motor vehicle glass products.
Statement of Purpose:
To require insurance companies or third-party claims administrators for such companies to provide certain disclosures and information to insureds for claims regarding motor vehicle glass repair service or motor vehicle glass products.
