AN ACT CONCERNING THE LICENSING OF TATTOO ARTISTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-92a of the general statutes be amended to require technicians who provide tattooing services to obtain a license from the Department of Public Health.
Statement of Purpose:
To require tattoo artists to be licensed.
