AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE ROCKY HILL-GLASTONBURY FERRY OPERATION ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an account to be known as the "Rocky Hill-Glastonbury ferry operation account" which shall be a separate, nonlapsing account within the Special Transportation Fund. The account shall contain any moneys required by law to be deposited in the account. Moneys in the account shall be expended by the Commissioner of Transportation for the purposes of operating the Rocky Hill-Glastonbury ferry.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an account to be used for the operation of the Rocky Hill-Glastonbury ferry.
