AN ACT ESTABLISHING TOLLS ON CONNECTICUT'S HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish tolls on Connecticut's highways.
Statement of Purpose:
To raise revenue through tolls.
