AN ACT CONVEYING A PARCEL OF LAND TO THE TOWN OF CANTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection be required to convey to the town of Canton a portion of land, located in Werner's Woods in the town of Canton, that extends for a distance of two hundred fifty feet westerly on Lawton Road, to permit the straightening of an existing intersection.
Statement of Purpose:
To convey a parcel of land to the town of Canton.
