AN ACT ELIMINATING RISK REDUCTION CREDITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 18-98e of the general statutes be amended to eliminate risk reduction credits for inmates.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the risk reduction credit program.
