AN ACT CONCERNING INFRACTIONS FOR FAILURE TO OBEY TRAFFIC SIGNALS GIVEN BY FIRE POLICE OFFICERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that the failure of an operator of a motor vehicle to obey any traffic signal given by a fire police officer shall be an infraction.
Statement of Purpose:
To require drivers to obey traffic signals given by fire police officers.
