AN ACT CONCERNING THE ASSUMED RATE OF RETURN ON THE FUND ESTABLISHED FOR PAYMENT OF CERTAIN POST-EMPLOYMENT OBLIGATIONS TO STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce the assumed rate of return on the fund established for payment of certain post-employment obligations to state employees from 8.75 per cent to 8.25 per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the rate of return calculated on the fund for the payment of certain post-employment obligations to state employees.
