AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUNRISE STATE PARK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to develop a plan for the use of the Sunrise State Park that ensures the safety of the premises.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the development of a plan for the use of the Sunrise State Park.
