AN ACT CONCERNING THE REDEMPTION OF BOTTLES AT BOTTLE REDEMPTION CENTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that bottle redemption centers at stores accept bottles from all brands or manufacturers rather than only accept bottles from those brands or manufacturers sold in such store.
Statement of Purpose:
To facilitate the redemption of recyclable bottles.
