AN ACT CONCERNING THE FINE FOR VIOLATING A QUARANTINE OR REGULATION OF THE CONNECTICUT AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the minimum fine for violating a quarantine or regulation of the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station from five dollars to five hundred dollars and to increase the maximum fine for such violation from one hundred dollars to two thousand five hundred dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To update the minimum and maximum amount of a fine that a person is subject to for violating a quarantine or regulation of the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station.
