AN ACT AMENDING THE PURPOSE OF AN AUTHORIZATION FOR BONDS OF THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 32 of special act 05-1 of the June special session be amended to change the purpose of the bond authorization of five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars to the town of Wallingford, from renovations to the baseball field at Sheehan High School, to renovations to the athletic fields of Wallingford public schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the bond authorization in special act 05-1 of the June special session from being used for the baseball field at Sheehan High School, to being used for the athletic fields of Wallingford public schools.
