AN ACT BANNING THE RECEIPT OF HAZARDOUS FRACKING BY-PRODUCTS IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ban the receipt of fracking by-products in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the possession and storage of fracking waste by-products in the state.
