AN ACT PROHIBITING THE IMPOSITION OF RETROACTIVE TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the imposition of retroactive taxes.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit retroactive taxation.
