AN ACT CONCERNING THE COUNTING OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 145 of the general statutes be amended to permit candidates who are running for office to name employees to supervise the process of the absentee ballot count or recount.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit candidates who are running for office to name employees to supervise the process of the absentee ballot count or recount.
