AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING ASSISTANCE FOR VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 8-45 and 17b-812 of the general statutes be amended to provide a preference for veterans in the rental and housing assistance programs outlined in said sections.
Statement of Purpose:
To give preference in affordable or subsidized housing admission to veterans meeting the federal veterans' preference requirements.
