AN ACT CONCERNING THE DONATION OF MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT TO SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-96c of the general statutes be amended to include the donation of equipment by manufacturing companies to any public school.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow manufacturing companies to donate equipment to public schools.
