AN ACT ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT THAT HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS OBTAIN VACCINATIONS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to eliminate any requirement that health care providers obtain vaccinations from the Department of Public Health.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the requirement that health care providers receive vaccinations through the Department of Public Health.
