AN ACT CONCERNING LICENSURE FOR PERSONS WHO PROVIDE COLON HYDROTHERAPY SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to establish licensure requirements for persons who perform colon hydrotherapy services.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure colon hydrotherapy services are performed only by qualified practitioners.
