AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL DISTRICT SAFETY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 166 of the general statutes be amended to require that before a person can serve as a substitute teacher such person shall be informed by an administrator of the school in which such person is to serve as a substitute teacher of the safety policies and emergency procedures of the school and school district.
Statement of Purpose:
To educate substitute teachers of the safety policies and procedures of a school district.
