AN ACT CONCERNING A WAIVER FROM INCOME TAX LIABILITY FOR FAMILIES OF FIRST RESPONDERS KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit families of first responders killed in the line of duty to apply for a waiver from the personal income tax for up to one year.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist the families of first responders killed in the line of duty.
