AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUPERVISED ABSENTEE BALLOT PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-159q of the general statutes be amended to permit each candidate running for office to designate a person to supervise the process of supervised absentee balloting.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit each candidate running for office to designate a person to supervise the process of supervised absentee balloting.
