AN ACT EXPANDING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand health insurance coverage to cover mental health therapy services with any health care provider of the insured's choice and long-term hospitalization.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand health insurance coverage to cover mental health therapy services with any health care provider of the insured's choice and long-term hospitalization.
