AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON INTERSTATE 84 IN WATERBURY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation, within available appropriations, be required to conduct a study of traffic congestion on Interstate 84 in Waterbury, including, but not limited to, congestion at the interchange between Interstate 84 and Route 8, and to develop methods to improve such congestion.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve traffic congestion on Interstate 84 in Waterbury.
