AN ACT CONCERNING LEG-HOLD TRAPS AND CHILDREN'S SAFETY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the safety of children by restricting the placement of leg-hold traps.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote child safety by restricting the placement of leg-hold traps.
