AN ACT ESTABLISHING A GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE FOR THE STATE'S DEEP WATER PORTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to develop a governance structure for the state's deep water ports in order to promote the commercial use of such ports.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote the commercial use of the state's deep water ports.
