AN ACT CONCERNING HOME-BASED BAKERIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 419b of the general statutes be amended to allow home-based bakeries.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote small business and local food production.
