AN ACT CONCERNING INSTRUCTIONS FOR OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
To require instructions accompanying over-the-counter medications to be consistent with any dosing or measuring implements packaged with such medications.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect children from accidental overdose of over-the-counter medication by ensuring correct dosing.
