AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LIMITED SOFT-SERVE ICE CREAM VENDOR PERMIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a limited soft-serve ice cream vendor permit for vendors selling soft-serve ice cream at events that last seven days or less.
Statement of Purpose:
To make the permit process for certain soft-serve ice cream vendors more efficient.
