AN ACT DECREASING THE TIME FRAME FOR PAYMENT BY AN APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO AN APPRAISER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 400g of the general statutes be amended to decrease the time frame for payment by an appraisal management company to an appraiser for an appraisal or valuation assignment from sixty days to thirty days.
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the time frame for payment by an appraisal management company to an appraiser for an appraisal or valuation assignment from sixty days to thirty days.
