AN ACT CONCERNING JUVENILE SENTENCE RECONSIDERATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a process for reconsideration and reduction of a lengthy sentence of imprisonment imposed on a person for an offense committed while such person was a child or youth.
Statement of Purpose:
