AN ACT CONCERNING THE INTESTACY INHERITANCE OF POSTHUMOUSLY CONCEIVED CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 802b of the general statutes be amended to define the statutory qualifications for the intestacy inheritance of posthumously conceived children.
Statement of Purpose:
To define statutory rights of inheritance for posthumously conceived children in light of the United States Supreme Court decision in the matter of Astrue v. Capato.
