AN ACT CONCERNING THE POSSESSION AND SALE OF ILLEGAL NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES WITHIN A SCHOOL ZONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 420b of the general statutes be amended to strengthen the statutes governing the possession and sale of illegal narcotic substances within a school zone.
Statement of Purpose:
To strengthen state laws pertaining to drug free school zones.
