CANDELORA, 86th Dist. REP. KLARIDES, 114th Dist. AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE STATE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SYSTEM. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to study Connecticut's maximum unemployment compensation benefits versus those in other states and make recommendations to the General Assembly regarding the findings. Statement of Purpose: To create a task force to study whether Connecticut's unemployment benefits should be adjusted to be more in line with other states.
